A Tool Box Talk is an informal safety meeting that focuses on specific jobs. They facilitate Health & Safety discussions on your worksite. They can be used as a refresher of what your workers need to keep in mind when conducting certain tasks to keep themselves safe and healthy. They can be conducted by your operations lead person but this isn’t a requirement, they could be lead by your company safety specialist, HR manager, or even by a safety consultant.
