CDM Plan is the online CDM solutions for Eryri Consulting Limited. The website went live in March 2015.
CDM Plan was developed following the change in the CDM Regulations to bring domestic clients into the legislation. We realised that this might cause a lot of problems for the smaller contractors / builders that carry out small works or maintenance for domestic clients. The website is very user friendly and also relatively inexpensive, ensuring it does not impact too much on the day to day running of your business. Our consultants are registered with IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and we have Professional Indemnity Insurance of £5,000,000.
We are confident that the information we provide will make you compliant with relevant health and safety legislation.
It is up to you to implement the control measures and monitor the work that we recommend using our documentation.
Failure to follow the safe systems of work will be your responsibility if any action is taken from the HSE or the Local Authority. Non-compliance with legislation can severely impact your business with hefty fines.
